Warranty terms

Parts and labor on work B1 performs are covered for 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever comes first.

Version B1-WARRANTY-2026-10-d1Written 2026-10-02

Draft, not yet in force. This text describes how B1 works today and is waiting for review by B1's counsel; the parts in [brackets] are still to be decided. The approved version will replace it, with a new version label, and you will be asked to accept it.

What is covered

Parts B1 supplies and the labor to install them, for 12 months or 12,000 miles from the day the work is completed, whichever comes first. The warranty starts automatically when the job is completed and appears with the visit in My B1.

What is not covered

  • Normal wear after installation (for example, brake pads wearing down with use).
  • Damage from accidents, misuse, racing, neglect, or later work by someone else on the same part.
  • Parts B1 did not supply, and problems in parts of the vehicle B1 did not work on.
  • [Counsel/owner: consequential costs such as towing, rental or lost time.]

Making a claim

Write to us from the visit in My B1, or contact support, before the warranty ends. We will look at the visit record, and if the part or the work failed, B1 will [repair or redo the work at no charge, or refund what you paid for it — owner/counsel]. Keep the vehicle drivable only if it is safe to do so.
