Most in-town cars spend the working day in an office or apartment deck and the evening on the street or in a gated lot. That is fine for the work itself — brakes, batteries, diagnostics and most maintenance need a level bay and about two car-lengths of room, not a garage — but it changes what we ask for at booking.
Parking and access
Decks and gated lots need the level, space number and any gate or visitor instruction in the address note; the technician reads it before leaving the previous job. Street parking works when there is a legal spot with room to open both doors on the working side. A visitor pass or a call to the front desk is the most common thing that delays an in-town arrival, so it is worth arranging the day before.
What sets the arrival window
Arrival windows inside the Perimeter are shaped by the Connector and the 75/85 split more than by distance. Two jobs three miles apart in Midtown can be twenty minutes or fifty depending on the hour, which is why we quote a window rather than a time and keep the estimate visible while the technician is on the way.
Every service is checked for mobile job-fit against the exact vehicle before a price is shown. Work that needs a lift is told to you at that step, not on the day.
